What is simple thermometer?
The body temperature of human is measured through instrument called thermometer. It measures its degree of hotness through its nib.
Thermometers normally have silver nib at one end. These type of thermometers are not only used to record human body temperature but also measure other object like infrared digital thermometers.
The nib allow to measure body temperature fever either through armpit temperature also called body temperature under arm or through oral. It contains bulb containing mercury which expands and contracts based on the temperature of body. LCD is provided to read temperature easily.
The normal human body temperature is 37.2 degrees Celsius and 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. The accuracy of instruments varies with the manufacture and is generally 0.1 to 0.3 degree Fahrenheit.
